Beef and bell pepper
Beef and bell pepper is easy to make and super delicious dinner or lunch. It is a super easy curse to make if you are short of time and still want something delicious. The meat is low in fat and with small tortillas, you get low carbs as well.
What you need:
- 400 gram of sliced beef
- A green bell pepper
- 1 Garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper
- 1tbsp ground cumin
- Some fresh veggies
- Small tortillas
- Some hot sauce
What to do:
- Cut Up Your Vegetables
- Heat the tortillas in a frying pan or in the oven
- Cut the bell pepper into Pieces
- Heat up the pan with some butter
- Fry meat and the bell pepper on a high temperature for just a couple of minutes
- Serve with some hot sauce and maybe some cheese if your macros allow it
