Crossfit, lifting weight, and endurance training are all part of Tobias’ and my lifestyle. However, we are not Crossfit Games athletes, bodybuilders or marathon runners nor will we ever be. We workout to be healthy and have active lives. We both enjoy being in nature, hiking, and exploring. These are the things we work out for. So that we can climb higher mountains, carry heavier backpacks, and live longer and wilder lives.
